Is there truly a hair texture that out weighs all others?
I believe that "Good Hair" is healthy hair. No one should be labeled by the style that they wear. Especially in corporate America. Styles such as Afros & Locs can sometimes be frowned upon when moving up the ladder.
As long as the style is neat and clean it should be acceptable. In reality whether the hair is straight or in an afro the only "Good Hair" is "Healthy Hair".
